Terms & Conditions
1. To be eligible for entry simply buy any Herdsman environmental bag at the Herdsman.
2.Fill in an entry form, attach your receipt, and place it in the entry barrel (located at front of store).
3. Employees and suppliers of The Herdsman, Creative Meats, Festival Fish, Brumbys bakery and
Essential Blooms and their immediate family and friends are ineligible to enter.
4.The promotion commences 1st of December 2008 and finishes 23rd December 2008. The winning
entrant will be drawn on the 23rd December 2008 at The Herdsman and will be notified by
telephone.
5. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. All participants are deemed to accept any conditions which may be imposed by the organizers, who reserve the right to alter such conditions at any time, with or without prior publication thereof.
7.Details may be used in the future for marketing purposes by The Herdsman if the box on the entry form has not been ticked. These details will only be used by The Herdsman and will not be sold or given to any third party.
