Air Dried Wagyu Beef
Using century old techniques and traditions for air drying meat, this product is not only exclusive to the Herdsman but its also undoubtedly the most luxurious air-dried and cured speciality product ever made. It's unique characteristics offer a flavour unlike any other cured meat product.

Small 10-12 people; Large 20-25 people

Cheese Platter
One size 6-8 people

Australian Chedder, King Island Roaring 40s, Australian Brie and Port Salute washed rind. Combined with Carr's Water Crackers, dried apricots, fruit and nuts
Super Dip Platter
Large 8-10 people

Two The Herdsman dips, a selection of vegetable crudites and Turkish bread.
Mediterranean Platter
Small 6-8 people; Large 10-12 people

Chargilled eggplant, Kalamata olives, dolmades cut, semi-dried tomatoes, coppa, olive mortadella, Hungarian salami, honey cured ham, Casa fetta, artichokes and bed of lettuce
Ploughman's Platter
Large 8-10 people

Honey cured ham, mortadella, felino, large chicken, red peppers, vintage cheddar,Turkish bread, red dip and bed of lettuce
Chicken Platter
Small 4-6 people, Large 8-10 people

Cooked chicken, tomatoes, crudites sticks, lettuce, The Herdsman dip, Kalamata olives and coleslaw.
