Braised Kale & apple  Rate Recipe

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 red onions thinly sliced
150 gm bacon pieces
1 royal gala thinly sliced
1 whole bunch Kale roughly chopped
1-teaspoon fresh thyme
½ cup sultanas
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
In a large wok stir-fry onion and bacon until golden and fragrant.  Add apples, Kale, herb, sultanas and vinegar and stir-fry until the Kale is tender and just wilted.  Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Serve with roasted sausages, BBQ chicken, mini lamb roast or some Gregoryfs famous beefsteaks.
