Grilled Asparagus and Haloumi Salad  Rate Recipe
A delicious recipe for the barbeque, quick and easy to prepare.

2 bunches Albany asparagus
1 lemon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 packets South Cape traditional haloumi
1 packet lemon thyme
Dress the asparagus with a little olive oil and lemon juice and lightly grill until it begins to soften. Cut the Haloumi into strips and add olive oil, lemon juice and a little lemon zest to taste. Grill on the BBQ until golden brown on both sides. Place the haloumi on a bed of asparagus and garnish with lemon zest, thyme and pepper to taste.
