Grilled Lamb and Olive Burger with Roasted Tomato and Tzatziki  Rate Recipe

8-roma tomato cut into quarters
500gm lean Lamb mince (must be very cold)
2 cloves chopped garlic
½ cup chopped kalamatta olives

Method
Mould into 8 patties then refrigerate

Tzatziki
Ingredients
½ continental cucumber grated, strain out juices
1 cup Greek style yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup chopped mint
Season to taste

Mix and stir everything together. Set aside. Grill lamb on medium heat with no fat.  Turn the patties when you see their juices rise. Turn twice.  Lightly toast some Turkish bread.  Spread some Tzatziki on the bread topped with cooked lamb.  Serve with rocket and roasted tomato.
