Get ready for winter this year with a pasta dish that will be nothing short of absolutely delicious!

Prep List
1 packet the Herdsman Fresh filled pasta, (cook as per instructions) 2 Jars Herdsman Tuscan pasta sauce 1 pack Herdsman roast vegetable pack 2 tbsp olive oil 1 red chopped chili 2 cups basil leaves Grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare the roasting vegetables by cutting them into 3cm pieces. Drizzle olive oil over vegetables and chilies. Line a roasting tray with glad bake paper and scatter vegetables evenly on the tray and roast for 20 minutes @ 220c. Quickly sauté the cooked pasta in olive oil until golden brown then arrange them on a serving platter topped with the sauce, roasted vegetables, basil and cheese.
The Sauce: Add 2 jars of the Herdsman Tuscan pasta sauce to a pot and let the sauce simmer at a constant heat while preparing the vegetables. Make sure you stir the sauce enough to prevent it from burning.
