Hand full rocket leaves 250gm marinated Fremantle Prawns; deli dept 250gm marinated octopus; deli dept 250gm soft goats cheese pieces 200gm semi dried tomato 1 Burpless cucumber cubes 2 ripe avocado cubes Juice of 1 lime 3 tbsp EVOO 3 tbsp gm crème fresh 1 teaspoon house radish Fresh dill Tender yellow celery leaves |

Scatter rocket leaves over a large serving platter followed by the marinated prawns and octopus. Add the cheese, tomato, cucumber and avocado.
Combine; lime juice and EVOO then add crème fresh with a dash of horse radish as a dressing. Scatter the dressing over the salad and finally garnish with dill and yellow celery leaves. |
