Pumpkin Ravioli  Rate Recipe

Serves 4

500g Spinach ravioli
Garlic
300g Japanese Pumpkin (cubed)
200ml Tomato based pasta sauce
300ml Herdsman Ready Made Pumpkin Soup
1cup Pecorino Cheese
1/2 cup Vegetable stock
1/2cup shredded basil leaves.
Steam the pasta over a pot of boiling water for around 6 minutes or until cooked. Fry up the garlic in a little oil and toss in the Pumpkin cubes. Cook until golden brown and stir in tomato sauce and Herdsman pumpkin soup. After simmering for a minute mix in cooked ravioli stock, basil and half of the cheese. Simmer until combined. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top to serve.
