Stir fry seafood with tomato, roasted garlic sauce and fresh pasta  Rate Recipe
A tasty combination of seafood and pasta made using the Herdsman's own onion salsa pack with a sprinkle of cheese for a creamy texture.

2 tbsp Extra V Olive oil
6 Cloves garlic, roasted and crushed
˝ chillies remove seeds and chopped
˝ container Tomato & Onion salsa NPU
500gm Mixed seafood blend
1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley
2 tbsp tomato pâté or pasta stir through sauce
Sea salt & pepper
Grated Basil pesto cheese for garnish

500gm freshly cooked pasta in 5L boiling water with a pinch of sea salt.

Heat up a wok on medium heat and sauté garlic, chilli, tomato salsa in olive oil of 5 minutes or until fragrant on medium heat.  Add mixed seafood, keep sautéing and moving the food around for another 30 seconds or until the seafood is just cooked.  Toss in parsley for three seconds add tomato pate and seasoning to taste. Stir through steaming fresh pasta topped with grated basil cheese.
