A mouthwatering and quick dish, perfect as a spring time treat or as a finale to an inspirational meal.

2 cups Fresh Strawberries 1 cup Fresh Blueberries 1-2 tsp Sugar (optional) 4 scoops the Herdsman Mixed Berry Sorbet 1/2-1 cup Vanilla Yoghurt or Whipped Cream

Wash blueberries, hull and slice strawberries. Dust berries with sugar (to taste). In a dessert dish, brandy glass or ice cream bowl place a scoop of sorbet and spoon strawberries and blueberries over the top along with the yoghurt or whipped cream.
