Part One:

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 jar pesto
  • 1 tub zucchini spaghetti
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

Heat a pan and add a little olive oil. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds, add the pesto and zucchini spaghetti.

Lightly cook together for 1 to 2 minutes and then season with salt and pepper.

Put into a serving bowl and top with freshly grated parmesan.
