Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 gms prawns, peeled and cleaned
  • 1 tub tomato and basil salad
  • 50 gms baby spinach
  • Salt & pepper

Method

Heat a pan and add a little olive oil.

Add red chilli and chopped clove of garlic, saute for one minute.

Add prawns, saute for 1-2 minutes and then add tomato basil salad (available on the back wall) and baby spinach.
Season with salt and pepper.
