Part One:
Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1/2 red chilli
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 gms prawns, peeled and cleaned
- 1 tub tomato and basil salad
- 50 gms baby spinach
- Salt & pepper
Method
Heat a pan and add a little olive oil.
Add red chilli and chopped clove of garlic, saute for one minute.
Add prawns, saute for 1-2 minutes and then add tomato basil salad (available on the back wall) and baby spinach.
Season with salt and pepper.
