Spring has Sprung!
Dust off those sun hats and put away your winter woolies, Spring is here! That means fresh, Aussie fruit and vegetables are in abundance.
The beginning of the stone fruit season has seen absolutely beautiful West Australian peaches, nectarines, mangoes and lychees on our shelves. I’m already picturing my Christmas pavlova with all this amazingly sweet fruit on top. Don’t forget the passionfruit!
Stone fruit is also fantastic for stewing, grilling on the BBQ and adding as a side dish. Try popping some into your punch bowl for extra sweetness.
