Tammy’s Bakery & Patisserie

Tammy’s Bakery first opened in 2006, using traditional European recipes to bake our beautiful handmade sourdough bread. Sourdough culture is the mother base of our baked goods, created with flour, water & airborne yeast.

They use the same sourdough culture first created in 2006, keeping it alive by balancing the ratio of flour & water, temperature and weather conditions  By using this 15 year old culture, they have no need to add preservative, additives & rising agents.
